Terms and Conditions
1.The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable.
2. Regretfully, if the event/concert is cancelled by the artist/promoter, tickets for alternative events/concerts, will not be provided to the winner.
3. The winner of the prize will be picked at random and within 21 days of the end of the competition. If the winners cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick a replacement winner.
4. For any prize including tickets to an event, please note that event restrictions apply (including any age restrictions) and are subject to change.
5.The competition is being promoted by the Promoter, SJM Concerts (SJM Concerts Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.).
6.The winners will receive a Direct Message via social media from Gigs and Tours.
7.The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8.SJM Concerts’ decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
9.The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
10.The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network.
12.SJM Concerts reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
13.To the full extent permitted by law the Promoters will not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
14.Please allow up to 120 days for delivery from the date that you claim your prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred during transit.
15.By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoters, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
