David Essex

What: Internationally renowned singer, composer and actor David Essex OBE announced his first major tour in over four years. The 18 date UK tour taking place in September 2021 will see him perform much loved hits spanning his entire repertoire.  

David first shot to fame when he went to an audition for the London production of the musical Godspell and was chosen by enthusiastic US producers for the role of Jesus. He received major awards and some ecstatic reviews which saw him lead a cast at the Roundhouse and then at the West End for two years.  

Since then David Essex has enjoyed a remarkable career that has combined concerts, records, theatre, composing, films and television with striking success. He has written, recorded and produced albums that have sold millions of copies worldwide.

Billy Ocean

What: Billy Ocean is a Grammy Award winner with worldwide sales of over 30 million. He hit the number one spot across three continents in the 70s and 80s, counting no fewer than six UK top 10 singles. ‘Caribbean Queen’ stormed to number one on both the US singles chart and US R&B chart and is amongst Billy’s six US top 10 singles. With top 10 albums the world over, Billy has notched up an impressive three Platinum albums (including two which are certified 2x Platinum).

Fisherman’s Friends

What: Britain’s oldest boy band emerge from lockdown and hit the road as The Fisherman’s Friends – combined age 401 (and three-quarters) – are preparing for their Unlocked & Unleashed tour for 2021.

Thanks to the small film with a big heart that shares their name, the story of the original Cornish ‘buoy band’ is known around the world – bound by shared experience, for 40 years they have met on the Platt on the harbour in their native Port Isaac to sing the songs of the sea. 

“And now we can’t wait to show the rest of the country what they’ve been missing – singing live is in our blood, almost as much as the sea,” says extravagantly moustachioed MC and bass man Jon Cleave.

Paloma Faith

What: 2021 will see Paloma hitting the road again for a huge 26 date UK tour including two nights at London’s iconic Palladium. This is a new Paloma Faith, an artist who has retreated within herself and found not the careful, polished veteran of show business, but the 22-year-old art student being led by her own creativity.

Collabro

What: The world’s most successful musical theatre vocal group, COLLABRO, have announced their Greatest Hits tour for October and November 2021. Performing some of their most memorable tracks including ‘Stars’, ‘Bring Him Home’, ‘Defying Gravity’ across the UK. The twenty-three-date run will kick off in Sheffield at City Hall on Saturday 9th October and will run until Saturday 6th November at Blackpool Opera House.

Katherine Jenkins

What: Confirming her position as the biggest selling classical artist this century, Katherine Jenkins OBE recently broke her own Classical Chart record when her latest album, Cinema Paradiso topped the Classical Albums Chart.

Cinema Paradiso is Katherine’s 14th Number 1 Classical album, making her the UK’s most successful classical artist in chart history. The new album also became her highest charting album in over a decade, outselling the rest of the Classical Top 50 combined.
