Pop-punk/post-grunge rockers Third Eye Blind are back and they’re coming to London and Manchester in September. Formed in the early 90s, Third Eye Blind have endured a successful career in music with commercial successes with hits such as “Semi-Charmed Life”, “Jumper” and “How’s It Going To Be?”.
The band were off to a flying start when they signed to Elektra Records in 1996 which was reported to be the largest ever publishing deal for an unsigned band at the time. They released their debut self-titled album “Third Eye Blind” in 1997 and sold over 6 million copies in the US alone. The album featured 5 singles which inlcude “Jumper” and “Semi-Charmed Life”, for which earned the band the Billboard Music Award forĀ ‘Modern Rock Track Of The Year’.

20 years, 4 studio albums, 2 EPs and various line-up changed later, Third Eye Blind are still going strong and fronted by the ever present Stephan Jenkins. Their shows bring energy lots of energy and lots of tunes. Although a lot of their successes may hang on their first album, their newest songs from their latest EP ‘We Are Drugs’ stand as strong as any songs on their impressive set list.
