The pinnacle of the Great British summer is dawning upon us, and we cannot wait! The most iconic festival that Britain and probably the rest of the world has ever seen is just around the corner and we are counting down the days until we get witness the best acts on the grandest, and possibly the muddiest, stage of all. This year promises to be one not to miss with headline performances from rock gods The Who, the queen of the music festival Florence and the Machine and also from Kanye West. Performances from Courteeners, Peace and Lionel Richie himself are not to be missed by those who are lucky enough to be partying in the fields of Sommerset this weekend. The vast amount of talent available to view at Glastonbury almost makes it impossible to see the artists you CANNOT miss… almost. Thankfully, we have put together the acts you have to watch to make the most out of one of the greatest weekends of your lives.

GREGORY PORTER
Saturday, West Holt Stage, 17:00

This Grammy-award winning Jazz artist has one of the best voices in the business!

JESSIE WARE
Saturday, John Peel Stage, 18:15

An act worthy of a call up to a festival of this magnitude.

COURTEENERS
Friday, Other Stage, 19:30

One of Manchester’s and Britain’s most exciting indie rock bands to both listen to and adore live. A great show which will require you to sing your heart out.

RUN THE JEWELS
Friday, West Holts Stage, 19:00

After releasing one of the best albums of 2014, don’t miss their incredible live show!

CLEAN BANDIT

Saturday, Other Stage, 17:35

A really clever act that has managed to blend classical music elements with dance music.

YOUNG FATHE
RS
Saturday, Other Stage, 14:45

What better way to spend your Saturday afternoon experiencing one of the world’s most experimental groups: Young Fathers. For those old fathers in the crowd, we’re afraid Dad dancing is banned.
HOT CHIP
Friday, West Holts Stage, 22:15
The original Electro-indie pioneers are back and bring their new live show for a headline slot at Glasto!
GLASS ANIMALS
Friday, The Park Stage, 15:30
After releasing their incredible critically acclaimed debut album ‘Zaba’, the band bring their equally special live show to Glasto.
LEON BRIDGES

Raw talent. Influenced by Marvin Gaye himself, his music has a welcoming vibe which anyone will fall in love with.
FFS (FRANZ FERDINAND & SPARKS)

Contemporary art rockers Franz Ferdinand have teamed up with legendary duo Sparks to create this super-group and earn a headline spot on the legendary John Peel Stage.

ANDREYA TRIANA

This girl has come a long way since her appearance on the BBC introducing stage in 2009, Andreya will bring her stunning vocals to the famous Greenpeace stage.
FLORENCE AND THE MACHINE
Friday, Pyramid Stage, 22:15
Florence has a huge statement to make after the original headliners Foo Fighter’s Dave Grohl took the term ‘break a leg’ too literally. No doubt though that Florence and co will smash it.
WILKO JOHNSON
Friday, Acoustic Stage, 18:30
Not bad for an old man who stared death in the face and told it where to go without the use of medicine. Go and boogie 60’s style to the great Dr. Feelgood’s Wilko Johnson.

GRAND MASTER FLASH
Sunday, Sonic Stage, 23:00
Dududududududududu… BASS. Old school. Probably worth seeing them for the iconic track ‘White Lines’ alone.
HANNAH WANTS
Sunday, Arcadia, 19:00
One of the biggest in the house game right now, Hannah Wants blows up every stage she plays!
